Course Overview
This is the first of two courses and this section will enable students to learn the basics definitions of projects vs. operations, project constraints, and project success criteria They will also learn how to identify a project life cycle overview and common development approaches (traditional vs. agile), presented at a conceptual level.
Also included are charter components like objectives, scope summary, stakeholders, and high level risks. Lastly, they will learn how to identify descriptions of organizational structures (functional, matrix, projectized) and typical project roles (sponsor, PM, team member, stakeholder).
